Ekopark Leipipir – roadless and mountainous nature area

Ekopark Leipipir is located a couple of miles east of Gällivare in Norrbotten County. Leipipir is a large, roadless forest area close to the mountains, with natural spruce forests in the north and fire-affected pine forests in the south. The area contains hilly mountains, bogs, and many lakes.
