Boliden Aitik

Aitik - one of the mines under the auspices of Boliden Minerals - is Sweden's largest and the world's most productive copper mine. The deposit consists of copper pyrite containing copper, gold, and silver.

In Aitik, you can see some of the world's most giant machines, such as mountain trucks that weigh approximately 570 tons when fully loaded, excavators whose most enormous bucket holds approximately 56 cubic meters, wheel loaders that weigh 270 tons, and drilling machines that weigh approximately 180 tons. Welcome to us, and we will tell you more in Swedish or English.
